Usage
- start: Head Butt, Outrage, Berserk
- off cooldown: Berserk, Final Thrust, Flames of War, Blaze Breaker, Pin Down, Arcing Arrow
- off cooldown in Berserk: Shattering Blow, (Head Butt then) Outrage, Sundering Leap
- when leaving Berserk: Flurry or Combustive Shot if available
Rotation in Berserk
- on longbow, if Blood Reckoning ready: Scorched Earth, Blood Reckoning, Scorched Earth, Fan of Fire, Scorched Earth
- on longbow, otherwise: Fan of Fire, Scorched Earth, Scorched Earth, Fan of Fire
- on sword: Flaming Flurry
